This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or forms. We collect as little personal information as we can.

What we collect

• If you give by Interac e-Transfer or cheque: your bank and the parish’s bank record your name and the amount, as with any gift. We do not see your banking details, and this website never asks for card numbers or passwords.
• If you give by card through Zeffy (when it is switched on): Zeffy, a payment service for non-profits, collects your card details, name, and email on its own page and passes us your name, email, and gift amount. This website never sees your card number. Zeffy may offer an optional tip for its own service; that is your choice and does not go to the parish. Zeffy’s privacy policy applies to what it collects.
• If you email or phone us: whatever you send.
• When you visit the site: the company that hosts the site keeps routine server records, such as your IP address, the pages you request, and the time. We do not use them to identify visitors.

How we use it

To thank you, record your gift, and update you on the restoration. We never sell or share your information for advertising. Only a small number of parish officers who need it, such as the treasurer and a backup, can see it.

We name a donor publicly only if you tell us we may. You can give anonymously, and you can ask us to remove a name at any time.

Photos

We post photos of the building and the work. We ask permission before posting a photo that shows an identifiable person, and we are especially careful with children.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your information, and we will do so unless we must keep a record by law.
